Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Arilx, or have verifiable parental consent. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately at support@arilx.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not use Arilx to create or distribute illegal content, spam sites, phishing pages, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

You own all website content generated through your account. Arilx retains the right to use anonymised and aggregated examples for marketing and product demonstration purposes. You may opt out at any time by emailing privacy@arilx.io.

Subscription fees are charged on sign-up and auto-renew monthly. No refunds are issued for partial months. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Arilx may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before doing so.

The service is provided as-is. Arilx is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
