Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration) and the content you input when generating websites.

Your data is used for account management and authentication, to generate your website according to your inputs, and to improve our product through aggregated and anonymised analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

We share data with Stripe for payment processing, our AI model provider for site generation, and our hosting infrastructure provider. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.

Account data is held for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion to allow for recovery. Generated site content is deleted immediately upon account deletion if requested.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To submit a request, email privacy@arilx.io. We will respond within 30 days.
